Commercial Real Estate SalesDifferent jurisdictions control the type and scope of development permitted for a given area. We evaluate public impacts and consider market when assisting our partners in determining what their needs and benefits are. We allow them to evaluate if an area should actually be developed and built on any given site. We first look at ways to understand the market and then overlay existing Future Land Use Designations, zoning and land entitlements to determine the best uses for a given project or community. Developer Solicitation and Negotiation We assist developers and communities in shaping visions for their future and seeing that these visions are carried out. MJA is involved, in the private sector and at all levels of government, in creating and implementing plans that reflect local values, promote wise stewardship of resources, and increase choices for how we work, live and play, while enhancing local quality of life. We work with developers, land owners and communities to address the most difficult planning issues of our time - environmental justice, racial equity, restoration of natural systems, infrastructure repair, property acquisition and condemnation, environmental cleanup, cultural heritage preservation, hazard mitigation, economic development and urban redevelopment - all at a scale never before seen.
